4. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. The only exception is if a subscription is accidentally purchased using an incorrect email address. In this specific case, you may be eligible for a refund if you contact us at our support email with valid proof of the error within 48 hours of the transaction. We are not liable for any costs or damages resulting from the use of an incorrect email address during payment, as we provide a clear notice displaying the correct email associated with your account before you proceed with a transaction.
